Architect Receives LEED Accreditation

John K. Farkas, AIA, Principal of JKF Architecture located in Greenville has received his LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accreditation through the US Green Building Council. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Farkas specializes in the development and incorporating of "Green" or sustainable technologies and strategies into building and site design.

"Green" buildings can provide better working environments, more cost effective operation and maintenance of buildings, with a reduced impact on our environment. A LEED Certified project establishes a clear and measurable process that offers building owners opportunities to positively affect the built environment.
